5. Purchases and Donations

Any purchases or donations made to FireFlag-SMP:

• Are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Grant in-game perks or cosmetics only — not ownership of any server assets
• May be revoked if you violate these Terms of Service
• Do not guarantee permanent availability of purchased items

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FireFlag-SMP, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of FireFlag-SMP or its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content on our forums, Discord, or in-game:

• You represent that you have the right to share such content
• You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion

8. Termination

FireFlag-SMP services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, preservation of in-game data, or security against all threats.
