Bot Terms of Service

1. About Our Bot

The FireFlag-SMP Discord bot provides server utilities, player statistics, moderation tools, and community features to enhance your experience in our Discord server and Minecraft community.

2. Acceptance

By using the FireFlag-SMP Discord bot, you agree to these Bot Terms of Service in addition to our general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the bot or leave servers where the bot is active.

3. Data Collection

The bot may collect and store the following data:

• Your Discord user ID and username
• Your linked Minecraft username and UUID (if you choose to link accounts)
• Commands you use and timestamps of interactions
• Server/guild IDs where the bot is active

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is used solely to provide bot functionality.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the bot to:

• Look up player statistics and leaderboards
• Link your Minecraft and Discord accounts
• Receive server notifications and announcements
• Use community features such as polls and giveaways

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the bot to:

• Spam commands or attempt to overload the bot
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — please report them instead
• Scrape or harvest data from bot responses in bulk
• Use the bot for harassment or targeting other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to bot systems

6. Availability

We aim to keep the bot available at all times, but we do not guarantee uptime. The bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via our Discord server. Data linked to a Minecraft account will be removed upon request, provided it does not conflict with our moderation records.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Bot Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to block any user or server from using the bot if these terms or our general Terms of Service are violated.
